Terms and Conditions of Sale — Fïve

1. Seller Identification

Fïve (fivejewelsparis.com) is published and operated by Deborah Guirao, a self-employed individual (autónoma) registered in Spain, NIF/NIE X8037542P, based at Portal de Valldigna 12-5, 46003 Valencia, Spain. Contact: deborahguirao@gmail.com — +34 639 356 474.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on fivejewelsparis.com by an individual customer (consumer), for the purchase of jewelry and accessories offered for sale.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before final checkout and are added to the price of the products.

Fïve reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once the cart is validated, delivery and payment details are entered, and these Terms and Conditions are accepted. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after the order is placed.

Fïve reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order, or in the event a product is unavailable.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order, using the payment methods offered on the website (credit/debit card and other methods indicated at checkout). Payment is processed securely.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times and terms are set out in the site's Shipping Policy. Fïve cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty, except, where applicable, for return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sale/discounted items or to personalized or made-to-order pieces, in accordance with the exceptions provided by the regulations.

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold on the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which protects the customer against defects or non-conformities existing at the time of delivery. 9. Complaints and Mediation

In the event of a dispute, customers are invited to contact Fïve first at deborahguirao@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, consumers residing in the European Union may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, without depriving the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
