Order Processing

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Zones and Rates

• Spain: €5 (free shipping above a certain order amount)

• European Union (including France): €5 (free shipping above a certain order amount)

• International (outside the EU): €12.99 (free shipping above a certain order amount)

Carrier

Orders are shipped via Correos. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Spain: 2 to 5 business days after shipment

• European Union (including France): 4 to 8 business days after shipment

• International: delivery times vary by destination, typically 7 to 15 business days after shipment

These times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions.

Customs Fees (outside the European Union)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Fïve cannot estimate or cover these fees.
